Characteristics: High mechanical strength, high stiffness, high surface hardness, high dimensional stability, easy to spray paint, electroplated

PMMA

Color: Transparent

Density: 1.18

Characteristics: High mechanical strength, surface can be polished and transparent, and insulation performance is good

Application: Machine covers and accessories, avionics, aircraft and ships, various lampshades, identification plates, etc

POM

Color: White, Black

Density: 1.4

Characteristics: High mechanical strength, hardness and compressive strength, good sliding performance, wear resistance, and excellent cutting performance

Application: Suitable for sliding components, precision mechanical parts, and water resistant parts, such as bearings, gears, impellers, cams, bushings, washers, handles, fixtures, etc

PTFE

Density: 2.16
